What you can or cannot See, does not have to determine what you will Be. What you Say, may pave your Way.

Greet each other in Christian love. All the churches of Christ send you their greetings. [Romans 16:16]

I am a new customer service rep. at the company I work for. Yesterday I received an email stating that a “Lead Position” is available. Quickly to the point, the pay was listed beside the position. Astonished, I had to do a “double take”. I couldn't believe the pay was close to what I was already making, and I had just started 3 weeks earlier. Is this what I was to expect in five or six years? Then my “good conscience” tapped my shoulder. How many know that your good conscience is really GOD trying to tell you something?

Of course you and I know for sure it was GOD, via my “good conscience” because I discerned the thought. What was GOD trying to tell me?  He told me to review the story of a blind beggar named Bartimaeus (BAR-UH-MAY-US) son of Timaeus (TIM-MAY-US). [Mark 10:46-52];

Although Bartimaeus could not see, he was healed by his faith. The point here Church is that Bartimaeus could not see anything before Jesus healed him. Another thought to ponder, did Jesus heal him, or was it his faith that Jesus could heal him, that actually healed him? Anyhow, I am positive that if I rest my FAITH on the fact that I will only make 1 dollar more than I do now in 5 years,...Guess what Church? That is exactly what will happen. I will only make 1 dollar more than I do now  in 5 years. However, if I remain faithful, and stay the course without a murmur or complaint, I am convicted that GOD will open many seemingly impossible opportunities for me.

You also may want to know that GOD leaves us to our own vices. Jesus is a Gentleman, thats right, but we knew that.... or did we? Well for cryin' out loud, what do you mean pastor? It's like this;.. If you reject Jesus, he will not throw a tantrum, or stomp, or even shuffle his feet. An example of this was when Jesus was Rejected at Nazareth, [Matthew 13:53-58]; verse 58 states;.... so he did only a few miracles there because of their unbelief. If the people had not rejected him there is no telling what he could have done for them.  The scripture DOES NOT go on to say that Jesus had self pity, pleaded with, or spread rumors about the people. Things I myself have done when people have rejected me. On a side note,.. if you idolize something, or someone more than GOD, you will most certainly lose that someone, or something. Truly I say to you, this is why my first marriage failed. I idolized my wife, an!
d my own sexual addiction toward her.

What you say may pave your way....[Proverbs 18:21]; The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences. Church of course I am not talking about the tongue as a muscle here. I am  surely talking about “reaping what you sew” from your words. Jesus can forgive you, but people are not as easy,.. words when spoken, can't be taken back,... only changed. So the original slander that came from the tongue may never be forgotten. Even after you have changed your mind, and your attitude. If I say, “I am not going to get that promotion”, “I am not going to succeed”, or “I will always live in this trailer park!” Guess what, if you constantly say these things, they are all you will ever have. Believe it in your Heart. Say it, and Pray it until you believe it in your Heart. If you constantly speak positive things about yourself and others, until you believe, these events WILL COME TO PASS.

Best Regards I leave you in closing,

[1 Peter 1:8];You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy.
